Engle Garner Realty Associates was co-founded by Jake Engle and Ryan Garner, two lifelong Upper Perkiomen Valley residents who love this area, from its rural farms and small towns to its easy reach of the bright lights of the city.
After working as successful individual agents early in their careers, Jake and Ryan became a team in January 2019 under a national brokerage. They closed more than $10,000,000 in volume that year, Jake became a licensed Pennsylvania real estate broker, and at the start of 2020 they officially opened their own brokerage, Engle Garner Realty Associates.
Our brokerage prides itself on staying ahead of the technological curve in real estate while always operating with the highest level of professionalism. We use professional video marketing across many platforms, and our listing videos regularly reach thousands of viewers on social media.
Today we’re a real estate team serving buyers and sellers throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, across Lehigh, Chester, Bucks, Montgomery and Berks Counties, with our office right on Main Street in Pennsburg.

Jake Engle
Jake is the Broker of Record and co-owner of Engle Garner Realty Associates, and a lifelong resident of the Upper Perkiomen Valley in Montgomery County. Clients can expect 24/7 availability, clear and concise guidance through every step of buying or selling, flexibility to work around any schedule, and the highest level of technology available in the industry.
Beyond the brokerage, Jake is an active real estate investor whose portfolio includes residential rentals, a commercial property, and numerous renovation projects. That hands-on ownership experience is the foundation of our new property management service.
Jake specializes as a buyer’s and listing agent and in relocation and commercial properties. He is a Bloomsburg University graduate.

Teammates long before real estate
Jake Engle and Ryan Garner’s partnership dates back well before their real estate careers. As wrestling teammates at Upper Perkiomen High School, both were All-State wrestlers and helped lead the program to rank among the top in the country. Both went on to Bloomsburg University, where Ryan continued to wrestle and Jake played football for the Huskies.
They carried that drive into real estate. After succeeding as individual agents, they teamed up in January 2019, closed more than $10 million in volume that year, and Jake earned his Pennsylvania broker’s license. At the start of 2020 they opened their own brokerage: Engle Garner Realty Associates.

Ryan Garner
Ryan Garner is a real estate professional deeply rooted in the Upper Perkiomen Valley, specializing in residential real estate throughout the Upper Perkiomen market and surrounding communities. Born and raised in the area, Ryan brings extensive local knowledge and a firsthand understanding of the communities he serves. Known for his strong negotiation skills and transactional fortitude, Ryan takes a hands-on approach to every transaction. He is committed to protecting his clients’ interests, anticipating challenges, finding solutions, and maintaining open and transparent communication from the first conversation through the closing table.
His experience extends beyond traditional residential real estate. Ryan works closely with both new and experienced investors and is an active real estate investor himself, investing heavily within his hometown market. This firsthand experience gives him a unique perspective on property values, acquisitions, renovation potential, rental opportunities, distressed properties, estate sales, and value-add investments.
By combining his experience as both an agent and investor, Ryan is able to evaluate opportunities from multiple perspectives and provide practical, market-driven guidance. He works with homeowners, buyers, sellers, estates, and investors while tailoring his approach to each client’s individual goals.
Ryan is also heavily involved in the Upper Perkiomen community through volunteering, local sponsorships, coaching, and supporting community organizations and events. His connection to the area goes far beyond real estate. It’s the community where he was raised, where he is raising his family, where he invests, and where he continues to build his business.
For Ryan, success in real estate comes down to local knowledge, strong relationships, skilled negotiation, transparency, and doing what is in the best interest of the client.
