Living in Palm

Palm is a village in Upper Hanover Township, Montgomery County, at the northern end of the Upper Perkiomen Valley near the Berks and Lehigh County lines. It has been part of the township since its founding in 1741 and keeps a quiet, rural character with farms and woodland.

Palm-area homes are in the Upper Perkiomen School District, and it’s a short drive to the shops and services of Pennsburg and East Greenville, with Route 29 heading north toward the Lehigh Valley.

Housing here is mostly single-family homes, from ranches to farmhouses, often on larger lots. We’ve recently marketed 1180 Station Road in Palm, a renovated ranch on just under half an acre.

Jake and Ryan grew up nearby in the Upper Perkiomen Valley, and our office at 570 Main Street in Pennsburg is minutes away. If you’re thinking of selling in Palm or want to find a home with a little more room, we’d love to help.
